First Aid attendant The APS committee is recruiting First Aid Attendants. If you have valid First Aid Certificate and would like to volunteer in our church, please contact Deaconess, Ade Huen 604-760-4628 for arrangement.
Supporting the people in Haiti: Our church is collecting a special offering for Haiti TODAY, all the money collected will be donated to MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) to support the aid needed in Haiti. Donations made between Jan 12-Feb12 are eligible for 1:1 matching through CIDA. For updated information visit mcc.org. May God bless you as you consider how to respond to the people in need in Haiti.
Pastoral Search Task Force Meeting, Thursday, February 4, They are going to review all the applications that they had received over the past months.
Staff news: From February to April, Mrs. Mimi Chu will be working on Wednesday afternoon & Serving in the divorce recovery course in the evening. She will be taking Thursday morning off.
PRAYER & PRAISE
1. Please pray for peace and calm for the people of Haiti. Pray for healing and recovery for those who are sick and injured. Pray for comfort for those who mourn.
2. Pray for Soo as her missionary support is complete and she has received her "green light" to go. Her commissioning service will be TODAY.
3. Pray for the Pastoral Search Task Force as they begin their search for a new English Pastor and Senior Pastor.

Mandarin Gospel Sharing Fellowship, February 6, 6:30 Uncle Bill and Josephine Hui are going to do a sharing. Please bring your Mandarin speaking friends to come.
Vancouver Children choir "Chinese New Year Concert", Saturday, February 20, 7:00pm, Rev. Xavier Law will be sharing a gospel message in Cantonese on that night. It is a great family event to celebrate CNY together.
