Daylight Saving Time Summer is just around the corner, so we are going to move back to the Daylight saving time. Please remember to adjust your close one hour forward on Saturday night. DST starts on March 14 at 2am.

2010 Church Directory will be published in March. If you need to update your contact info, please fill in the Directory Data Form and put it in the offering bag or give it to any pastoral staff.

Media Release Form The children department has already handed out the form to all the children who participate in PGMBC's Children Worship, children Sunday School, and/or Awana. Parents and guardians please read it carefully and return the form with your signature on it. (Children Worship: Pastor Teresa, Children Sunday School: Grace Li, Awana: Heather Tieu). If your child didn't get it last week, please contact Pastor Teresa Lam.

Easter Baptism & Membership Transfer Service will be held on April 4. Those who have made a commitment to Christ and would like to be baptized, or have attended our church for more than three months and desire to be a church member, please contact the Rev. Xavier Law. If you got any questions, please contact Rev. Law.

Staff News Rev. Isaac Chang is taking his annual leave from Mar 4 - 9. Rev. Xavier Law, Rev. Grace Kim and Pastor Teresa Lam are attending the Vancouver Chinese Evangelical Ministerial Fellowship on Mar 8; Rev. Kim will be working in the afternoon. Rev. Law is switching his day off for this week to Tuesday, Mar 9.

PRAYER & PRAISE

• Pray for the Pastoral Search Task Force as they begin their search for a new English Pastor and Senior Pastor.
• Pray for Benedicta's uncle, who just had a surgery to treat his lymphoma. Please also pray for the family.

GOSPEL & MINISTRY

Pacific Frace Urban Center is recruiting volunteers. If you are interested to help, please go sign up at the bulletin board. For enquiry, please contact Rev. Isaac Chang or the Evangelism Department head Jeffrey Ng.

MISSIONS & EVANGELISM

Soo's Update Soo is in Asia attending the orientation course until mid March, she is enjoying the OC with all the missionaries from all over the world. She asks us to pray for a few things.

(1) My siblings' immigration applications be approved soon, and that God has special provisions for the care of my parents when they are in Vancouver.

(2) Strength and grace to make the best out of the OC, and that we can rest well and be rejuvenated

(3) Having close relationship with God, regular devotion, and fellowship with local church in HK.

(4) Good teamwork.

BIBLE & TEACHING

Sunday school 11:45am -12:45pm! Our Sunday school classes from youth to adults in March continue to study the book of 1 Corinthians.

MBCCA KOINOS Seminars (a lay school of ministry) is hosting their classes in our church from April 2010 to March 2011. The Seminars will be conducted in English. Their world-class faculties are all scholar-teachers who teach regularly in graduate degree programs. If you are interested, we encourage you to take a brochure from the foyer and talk to a pastoral staff for more information.

CARING & COMMUNITY

Good Friday Joint Service, April 2, 2010, 7:30pm at Peace Mennonite Church we're gathering together to remember the sacrifice and love of Jesus. This year's theme is "Drink His Cup, Be a Living Sacrifice". All are encouraged to attend and invite family and friends. Children program (age 3 - 12) is provided at Fraserview MB Church.

PGMBC 2010 Children Summer Day Camp, August 23-27 (Monday to Friday)

Summer is coming back and so does our Children Summer Day Camp. We are now recruiting volunteers for the following positions:

• Planning committee members
• Small group leaders & Leaders in training (Gr.7-9)
• Game Leaders
• Craft Leaders
• Food preparation helpers
• Security/First-Aid personnel
• Singspiration Leader
• Gospel Speaker
